  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact
  • The item is not a final sale, custom-made, or non-returnable product (e.g., intimate wear, hygiene-related items)

Items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a return.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return (optional, but helpful)

Once we receive your request, we will send you instructions on how to return the item(s) and the return address.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned package.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos and your order number, and we will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and cannot be refunded:

  • Intimate wear, underwear, or items that affect hygiene
  • Sale or promotional items marked as non-returnable
